Born in the Dominican Republic, I moved to the United States at the age of 10, bringing with me my roots, dreams, and love for creativity.
I later attended the Art Institute of New York City, where I studied Culinary Arts and developed a deeper appreciation for the art of food.
In 2017, my baking journey began in my home kitchen with something simple—homemade pound cakes. What started as a hobby soon blossomed into a true passion for baking and cake decorating.
