Subscribing

What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?

Both give you exactly the same. Monthly is $19 a month. Annual is $169, paid once a year: about $14.08 a month, $59 less than twelve months of Monthly.

Every premium tutorial and its course materials, the Recipe Calculator and the baking tools come with either. See the plans

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there is no lock-in. Cancel anytime in My Account → Subscriptions. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.

Paying with PayPal? You can also cancel the agreement in PayPal itself.

Can I switch from Monthly to Annual?

Yes. In My Account → Subscriptions, open your Monthly subscription, press Upgrade or Downgrade and choose Annual. The change is made on that same subscription, so you never pay for both.

Nothing is charged when you switch. Your next payment, on its usual date, is the annual price, and after that it is once a year.

Don't see the button? Contact us and we'll switch it for you.

If your prices go up, will mine go up too?

No. You keep the price you joined at for as long as your subscription carries on. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time.

Do I keep tutorials I bought individually?

Yes. A tutorial you buy on its own stays unlocked on your account permanently, whether or not you subscribe. A subscription opens every premium tutorial for as long as it lasts; if it ends, the tutorials you bought on their own are still yours.

Can I share my account?

An account is for one person's own learning, so please don't share your sign-in. A subscription can't be used to teach classes or groups, or by a business or school for its staff or students: if that is what you have in mind, contact us.

Paying

Which currency are the prices in?

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). You can pay from anywhere: your bank or PayPal converts the amount if your card is in another currency.

How can I pay?

By card or with PayPal, at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically with the same payment method until you cancel.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your subscription is put on hold until the payment goes through. Update your card in My Account → Subscriptions and it carries on as before.

Can I get a refund?

Tutorials and courses bought on their own come with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy, contact us within 7 days of buying and we will refund you in full.

Subscriptions aren't refunded for a change of mind, including unused time, but you can cancel anytime so you are not charged again. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Terms of Use

Can I give Yeners Way as a gift?

Yes, with a gift certificate. Gift certificates never expire, and each is used once, for what it was bought for. Can't find the one you want? Ask us.

I haven't received my sign-in details

If we emailed you a link to set your password, look in your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, use "Lost your password?" on the sign-in page to get a new link.

Sign in, or contact us and we'll sort it out.

How do I stop the emails?

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom: one click and they stop. We still send the emails your account needs, such as receipts and password links.

Watching and learning

How do I watch?

Straight away, on this website, on your computer, tablet or phone. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off.

How do I get a Certificate of Completion?

Finish a tutorial, then send us photos of the cake you made from the tutorial's page. Our team checks them and your certificate is issued. Certificates recognise your work with Yeners Way; they are not accredited qualifications.

What are credits?

Credits are our thank-you for being part of Yeners Way. You earn them through your subscription and by taking part: finishing tutorials and journeys, earning badges and Top Cakes awards. Use them to unlock tutorials, which stay in your library even if your subscription ends.

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, and they don't expire while you have an account.
