DIY Chocolate Scroll Tool

Intermediate

Learn how to make your very own chocolate scroll making device.

In this tutorial, Serdar will show you how to make a device that will allow you to create chocolate scrolls that can be used to decorate cakes. This isn’t your average cake decorating tutorial and you will probably need to visit a hardware store to get everything you need. This tutorial is more for those who have a cake shop that sells desert style cakes like gateaux and tortes that may have elaborate decorations. After you make this tool, it’s easy and fast to decorate a lot of cakes with chocolate scrolls.
