This week’s tutorial is a little different to what I normally do. I show you a recipe for a very light and soft vanilla sponge cake and simply decorate it with fresh cream and fruits. Whipping cream

Fresh Cream

Mix Fresh Fruit

Strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, etc.

Canned Fruit

Peach, pear

Ice Jelly Powder

1 Small Pocket from Asian grocery store

Light Lemon Syrup

150ml - To moisten the sponge
