Love your work Serdar! Have watched quite a few of your videos and look forward to watching more! I am just about to do the Peppa and George figures however I also need to do Mummy and Daddy pig, do you have a recommendation for how much bigger I should do the Peppa shapes for these other two?

Hi Serdar, I am going to attempt the Peppa figurines for my daughters birthday. Do you add any tylose (CMC) to your fondant? Which is better fondant or gum paste as it needs to keep for five days. I also wondered about your royal icing. I’ve never made it before and does it just dry hard onto the fondant (yours looks like it sticks quite easily to Mr Dinosaur). Thanks so much

    1. Serdar Yener says:

I add just about 10 % icing sugar to fondant . My answer is yes, for Your question about royal icing

      1. gymchikk says:

Thanks very much. Is the addition of icing sugar to make it set harder or make it easier to work with?

        1. Serdar Yener says:

          Both. Thanks
