Hi Susan, Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I just tested it and it worked for me so I am not sure why you are receiving that error. When you click that link, it should open a new tab with the PDF. Does this not happen?

I’ve seen so many techniques in this one video that will make my cake decorating so much more professional! My goodness! I never thought about paper folding, and I paper fold all the time, but I just didn’t put 2 and 2 together.
