Sometimes though, it takes experience through particular problems that lead us to coming up with solutions to those problems. Today I want to share one of my solutions to the problem of delivering tall cakes and preventing them from tumbling over during delivery.

      If I know the road will be bumpy I also place a 3-inch high block of sponge underneath the same size as the mount

    Brilliant. Driving with a cake is my biggest nightmare…short of carrying a really heavy cake up a steep set of narrow stairs…that’s worse. But this will at least ease my mind a bit.
