Isomalt Shop Online
Isomalt is a sugar substitute, a type of sugar alcohol, used primarily for its sugar-like physical properties. It has only a small impact on blood sugar levels and does not promote tooth decay, i.e. is tooth-friendly. Isomalt is widely used for the production of sugar-free candy, especially hard-boiled candy, because it resists crystallisation much better than the standard combinations of sucrose and corn syrup. It is used in sugar sculpture for the same reason. Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isomalt

the air conditioning isn’t great so could you do the royl icing to do the decorations rather than chocolate since it would melt?

    1. Serdar Yener says:

Yes, but consider that finishing will take longer time.

Thank you for another incredible tutorial. I’ve been trying for years to make my faces more realistic & your methods, particularly for the creation of the eyes & filling with Royal Icing are genius! Apart from the one you specifically mention as being made from a glue stick, are the two other clear tools made from larger glue sticks?
