Chocolate Easter Bunny Centrepiece

Intermediate

Learn how to make this cool Easter rabbit sitting on a tropical island, all out of chocolate.

This tutorial will go through how to create a chocolate Easter bunny centrepiece using a mixture of dark and white chocolate, as well as modelling chocolate. Learn valuable techniques that can be applied to many other projects. Chef Yener shows you how to create a chocolate flower, how to create long cylindrical chocolate forms, how to create a textile pattern with modelling chocolate and how to cut out shapes from chocolate that can be glued together to create larger forms. Although this is an “Easter” bunny, the techniques that Serdar demonstrates in this tutorial can hop around at any time of the year so sit back and watch how this cool guy comes to life!
