Learn how to make a 3D Matryoshka Doll cake.

Today you will be learning a very simple 3D cake. It is a standing, very round and very symmetrical shape. I am talking about a Matryoshka Doll. Matryoshka dolls, also known as Babushka dolls, stacking dolls, nesting dolls, Russian tea dolls, or Russian dolls, are a set of wooden dolls of decreasing size placed one inside another. Any 3D cake, no matter how simple, still needs to have a number of chosen methods and steps to be done properly. Let me show you my way to create a 3D Matryoshka Doll cake.

Compound chocolate is a product made from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat, and sweeteners. It is used as a lower-cost alternative to true chocolate, as it uses less-expensive hard vegetable fats such as coconut oil or palm kernel oil in place of the more expensive cocoa butter. It may also be known as 'compound coating' or 'chocolatey coating' when used as a coating for candy.
