and it is usually recommended to have full sets, it may not be neccessary. In most cases, only one item from a set is actually used

Hi Chef. You mentioned that your boards are laser cut. is there a special place that laser cuts the boards or do you do it yourself. I have tried using a jigsaw but do not get a nice round board.
Yes , special place cuts anything any shape . Look for water jet cutting or laser cutting companies around your area.
