Learn how to make a 3D Barbeque Cake.

Barbequing is part of the lifestyle in many countries, especially over here in Australia. Families and friends very often get together in their backyards or at public parks and create memories around a barbeque. I’ve had a special request to make a particular barbeque on wheels as a 3D cake and I decided to create a tutorial for it. Hope you enjoy this one and learn something from it.

What you will learn…

  • Construction on a 4 wheel stand
  • Hidden construction to carry attachments
  • Creating a 45 degree open, standing, heavy sugar lid
  • Realistic sugar charcoal
  • Realistic food on barbeque grill

Dark Chocolate (Compound) Wikipedia

300g

Compound chocolate is a product made from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat, and sweeteners. It is used as a lower-cost alternative to true chocolate, as it uses less-expensive hard vegetable fats such as coconut oil or palm kernel oil in place of the more expensive cocoa butter. It may also be known as 'compound coating' or 'chocolatey coating' when used as a coating for candy.
