From stilettos and tailored suits to quilted leather handbags and sparkling sugar diamonds.

This pathway walks you through the world of fashion in sugar, beginning with quick accessory wins and finishing with showpiece jewellery. You’ll start with an easy stiletto shoe, then sculpt a clean, realistic cowboy hat complete with shaped brim, band and buckle. Next you’ll tailor a suit cake, working with crisp panels, lapels and neatly layered fondant detail.
The second half moves into full 3D fashion pieces. You’ll build a designer handbag with chain straps, metallic hardware, quilted leather texture and a shiny gloss coating, then shape a fitness cake with a moulded foot, sculpted sports shoe, sole, laces and rope details. From there you’ll create a necklace cake displayed on its own stand, with airbrushing, gold spraying and hand-made diamonds, before carving a faceted diamond ring cake where airbrushing, gem setting and piped detail all come together.
It suits decorators who can already stack, mask and coat a cake and now want to make edible objects that look boutique-bought. Serdar shares the planning, templates and modelling tricks that keep slender fashion details strong enough to handle, plus the airbrushing, lustre and glazing that give fabric, leather and metal their character. By the end you’ll have a complete fashion portfolio: shoes, a hat, a suit, a quilted handbag and sparkling sugar jewellery.
