Thank you to Heather Hayward who came in to Yeners Way to shoot a short documentary about Serdar Yener for ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation).
Chef Serdar Yener is a world renowned cake decorator. He has now expanded his talents into making on-line tutorials training people how to make his complex 3D cakes. This video shows a behind the scenes view of him and his tutorial on a Jack-of-Lantern 2 tiered pumpkin shaped mud cake, hollowed out so he can light up the inside with a LED light.
